Ace and Dwayne were great. You can tell they love their jobs. Our downstairs toilet started gurgling if too much water was being drained in the house (for example if the bathtub was draining and another shower was on). Our septic had a deck built over it in shortly after the house was built in 04. And when we bought our home in 21 we asked the realtor to make sure they cleaned out the septic as part of the inspections. We were told they did it and only a month ago found out it was never done which makes sense cause you’d have to remove the deck boards and dig and there was no evidence of that. Swamp Rabbit Septic recommended Degler to pump my Septic tank because I thought Septic tank was under my rear deck which is only 3.5ft from the ground. Degler techs came out and found the tank out in the yard. They pumped it out and installed a riser for future access. I was totally impressed with Ace and Dwayne who found the tank and installed the riser with cover. Thank you guys and Ron, the owner for a job well done 👏

Degler Waste Services did a great job digging a new septic drain field in our backyard. Didn’t mind me asking questions throughout the process, very upfront about what to expect, and gave some great advice to prevent future problems. I 100% recommend and will work with them again in the future.
