Thank you for the terrific service! It has been a real challenge finding honest and reliable contractors and service people. Mr Kenny arrived at the time that would work with me — I didn’t need to sit in my (sauna) home for a 3 hour window. He was able to get my house cool in under $500 - yes it may be a temporary fix — but other service people quoted me $3,000 - $28,000 depending on which option I picked bronze option, silver, or gold option. He did need to make a second trip and was able to once again come at a time that worked fine for me. I’m an hourly employee— so that was awesome! Thank you Dunaways — especially Mr Kenny.

Kenny showed up the day we called within an hour. Our system was dying and we were able to get a new affordable system a few days later. The installers were extremely professional! Would highly recommend!

These guys were fantastic. They came out the next day to look at an AC issue I was having. They diagnosed quickly, accurately quoted each repair, communicated through the whole process, and they were affordable. I never felt like I was being lied to or that they were trying to rip me off. I would highly recommend calling these guys if you have any issues.

Kenny came out, quickly diagnosed what turned out to be a simple problem, and had the issue fixed within an hour.
