Degree of Comfort LLC

We have been receiving service from Degree of Comfort for a long time now. Just added an additional unit (mini split) to the home for the Master Bedroom. Everything was done in a timely manner, professionally and perfect (this is due to Alexandra’s perfectionism touch). Looking forward to working with them for years to come.

We have been working with Degree of Comfort for the past couple years and have really appreciated their professionalism, punctuality and ability to diagnose and repair issues with our A/C needs. Jason and Alex are friendly and reasonable. I feel they have honest work ethics and I can trust their work.

It is so rare today to find someone reliable. They came when they said they would and even called 30 minutes before with an ETA. Fixed the problem quickly, efficiently. Very honest and fair prices. Did I say very knowledgeable??? Definitely will use them again. UPDATE: 11/2/2022 -- Jason & Alexandra came out and replaced the fan motor on my 16-year-old mini-duct system. It works great -- and I thought I would have to replace the unit. Very happy with their services.

We were exceptionally pleased with Jason’s prompt service. After explaining that our AC was not cooling and we were likely in for a miserable night, Jason rearranged his schedule and arrived within 30 min. He quickly pin pointed the issue (previous technicians poor work) and resolved it. The system was noticeable cooler within 30 min. I highly recommend Degree of Comfort for fast, friendly and quality service!

Fast, efficient, honest. Makes an appointment and comes when they say they will. Mom & Pop company. Very pleased with the work and also the cleanup afterwards.
