Key Largo Air Conditioning & Heating

I am so happy I found Keys Wide A/C several years ago! Ross and Sandra are a great team and definitely take care of their customers! I never cease to be impressed with their personalized service and attention to detail. They are quick to respond to any issues that may arise and are just great people running a great business. I would recommend them to anyone in the Keys tired of being treated as a “number.”

I have used Keys wide HVAC for years but recently it has been a disaster. They charged to move an air handler about 6 feet in the attic when they installed it about a year prior. They dumped the pan of water on the ceiling which caused mold and damage to ceiling and walls in 3 areas. An employee stepped through the ceiling and caused a water pipe to vent and slow leak. Now 3 months later I had another HVAC company come because it stopped working and the drain wasn’t slopped and the float switch was faulty along with a couple other issues. Another $550 later after $5000 of damage they caused a few months ago. Ross the owner basically told me to get lost he wasn’t paying. I have been living in Key Largo for the last 7 years and have seen how customer service has changed and is not a priority for alot of businesses anymore. We recently had problems with cheap home AC unit that the builder of my home installed. Like with every other experiences with companies in the Florida Keys, when I called this company my expectation to get fast help was very low. I was very wrong, Sandra and Ross got their crew to my house within hours not days. They all have been very professional and caring for me and my family. Thank you guys for what you do!!!

Keys Wide A/C are fantastic to work with ! Sandra answers the phone and is very pleasant to talk with. Ross and his crew are very professional and respond very quickly, usually withing a couple of hours! They truly care about their clients and I would highly recommend them for all your A/C needs. I had the opportunity to use Keys Wide for the first time. It was mid afternoon on a Friday and our A/C unit was not cooling properly. They responded quickly, looked at the unit and took pressure readings. They determined the problem was the thermostat batteries. They were friendly and courteous and saved us from being without A/C for the weekend. I highly recommend them.
