Shawn came out to handle a bird problem we had. We had another local company come out initially. They came out 3 times and still missed one of the birds in our bathroom vent. Shawn came out and took out the bird they missed... AND cleaned and disinfected our vent for a fraction of the cost. Would highly recommend him and his team! Dehaven Pest Control responded right away and removed the hornet nest as well as a wasp nest for a very reasonable price the very next day! I was dealing with an earwig problem in different areas of my home, so I called DeHaven Pest Control for an inspection. They thoroughly treated both the inside and outside of the house, and even discovered nests around the perimeter. Since their visit, I haven’t seen a single bug indoors. Their service was prompt, effective, and professional. I highly recommend them for any pest issues you might be facing—they’ve also helped me with skunks in the past with great results.

Shawn had shown up on time, and was very polite and respectful to my family. When he got here he had talked us throughout the process of everything and seemed very knowledgeable. He had gotten straight to work on getting our problem taken care of for us. I would definitely recommend Shawn to friends and family for anyone that has any pest problems, cause I could tell he is very knowledgeable and hard working. For being self employed I could tell he was giving us a more than fair price. For anyone else reading this comment don't forget when a small business owner is giving you a great price you should tip them aswell cause they still saved you a bunch of money. I had a fantastic experience with this company! Shawn was professional and preformed excellent service. When I first called, Shawn came to my house to inspect the issue quickly. He explained everything very well which immediately helped calm my anxiety. He worked hard to take care of my pest issue and was very patient with me as I asked 1,000 questions.
