I have always enjoyed the staff here and the knowledge they share willingly and the help they give. BUT there is above and beyond examples as well. For two days I was attempting to trade in my empty water bottles for fulls. Thursday I ran into Alex Rudat in an aisle with my cart full of empties and he went out of his way to ensure me they would be getting a shipment tomorrow. Friday I brought my empties back to exchange and the shipment still hadn't arrived. I went about shopping for other things that I needed and once again ran into Alex in a random aisle. Well this time Alex started calling everyone to see when the water was being delivered. He wasn't able to give me an exact time but he took my contact info and told me he would call me when the shipment arrived and would put 4 bo

It was 8:30pm, and I checked on Google for their closing time and it read 10:00pm. So, I headed to this store. Google was wrong! They closed at 9:00pm and it was not 8:45pm! 😐 I couldn't fund my receipt. The employy was so kind, patient, and understanding with me! ( I DID finally find it! ) I wish I had asked his name!

Very lazy, unfriendly, and hostile employees. What are they there for. They stare at customers like they're bothering them and put themselves in the way. A lot of them hangout with eachother in a corner like its a pizza party. One lady, who is found out is named Pam Avey, is very rude to customers and kinda acts like a gang leader. Like nobody goes through Home Depot, unless through her. I'm a contractor and business owner, so I find all this behavior to be, not only unproductive and unprofessional, but unnecessarily obstructive to other businesses and customers.

We got some ideas for new kitchen appliances since ON SALE to December 3rd with free delivery to December 3rd! We picked up a couple essential items for firewood cutting season. As an added bonus, I found a pair of Bert and Ernie sherpa socks for my brother!
