DEK Roofing

We’ve hired DEK Roofing twice and had great service, price and results each time. We got a thorough explanation of our roof options from their very knowledgeable salesman, Paul. He was also very patient when responding to our many questions so we could make an informed decision. The work was completed without delays and easily passed inspection both times from the city. For our roof replacement the inspector even commented on the great quality of the tiles and installation work. Incredibly, they were also the cheapest option from the quotes we collected. Their customer service rep Melinda is also fantastic - accessible, responsive, and courteous. Stellar service and great prices. We’re super pleased and recommend them highly.

This company repaired the roof of our 2 story condo building. 1. They left supplies sitting on the lawn for days before beginning work. 2. Once work began they left a ladder precariously leaning on the 2nd floor railing. Clearly a hazard in a complex with children and teenagers. When it was reported they did not move it they only tied it to the 2nd floor railing and it stayed there for over a week. 3. Once the work was completed they removed the ladder but left a ladder on the roof. I have reported this ladder still there twice to our property manager who said he’d take care it. My last report was 5 days ago. Now we have at the very least tropical storm winds approaching with a ladder still on the roof. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Finally we were able to get our New Roof, and I couldn't have picked a better company to install it. DEK Roofing did an excellent job and we are so happy with the results. Showed up on time, cleaned up all the mess and price was great too. Melinda was our contact person and she is wonderful, no wonder all my neighbors used them too. Thanks you guys.

DEK was a wonderful company to work with from start to finish. The gentleman who came out to gather information for the estimate was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and promptly got us a quote. Their customer service and competitive quote compared to others I had received made it easy to choose them. They even provided a letter/proof of contract and estimated completion date per the request of our insurance company (who essentially gave us the ultimatum of get a new roof or we are dropping you). They completed it earlier than scheduled, and it passed inspection without issue. They even protected our pool from debris. Just recently recommended to a colleague of mine too, who ultimately chose DEK as well after getting several quotes.

I used DEK 18 years ago for my roof and was recommended by my insurance company as a reputable roofer. Never had a problem with my roof until recently so decided it was time for a new one. Scott was extremely responsive. Always available for questions. The new roof only took a few days in total. Harrison, who works with Scott is great also to work with. I highly recommend DEK if you are looking to get a new roof.
