They installed a surge protector and will bring another one soon. I also paid the annual fee for service on A/C, heating, electrical, and plumbing. He was friendly and helpful and now my a/c works again. Venel did a great job with my fan and installing an electronic filter that keeps all the Hair and dust out of my unit.

Ron Olu-Coker’s conduct during his visit to my home was deeply concerning. He spoke to my wife in a manner that was dismissive and disrespectful, causing her significant emotional distress. Such behavior is not only unprofessional, but wholly inconsistent with the standards one would expect from someone in a supervisory role. Equally troubling was his candid admission that, as a supervisor, he performs only the “bare minimum.” He says he doesn't even go up ladders cause he's the supervisor. Leadership establishes culture.
