John and his crew were amazing! The remodel of our primary bathroom was finished in just 7 working days, where other contractors told us it would be 3 to 4 weeks. Their work ethic was steller, often staying until 6:30 in the evening to finish up projects. They were friendly, professional and we are very happy with the work they did. John even helped us decide the layout of the tile and what would work best in our bathroom. We fully trusted his suggestions. I would definitely use Del Mar Tile & Stone again and would refer them out to friends.

We were interested in refreshing our fireplace in our modern home and had always dreamed of having a black marble fireplace instead of just white drywall. I Yelped and found Del Mar Tile and Stone and checked out photos and crossreferenced everything. He had stellar reviews everywhere. John the owner came out within a day or two (on a Sunday!) to look at the project and gave me a quote the next day. The project involved tiling on the fireplace surround and also into a cutout for our TV and the vent for the fireplace above. The quote was fair for the amount of work involved and I thought, hey if he's already there maybe get him to re-do tile in one of our bathrooms (a much smaller project)? Lasers! One of the tools John at Del Mar Tile and Stone used to install our entryway, kitchen, and backsplash tile. Part of a larger kitchen remodel. Very professional and clean tile installation. Several trades people have come by since to work, and all have commented on how great the tile looks and the installation. John and his team did a great job in a timely manner. He also helped with new countertop fabrication and demolition. I highly recommend John and his team; I would not hesitate to hire him again.
