They will not own up to their mistakes and do not offer to make things right.
As of 12/7 (1 year after moving into my new home) cannot even get this company to provide a certificate of insurance or a statement of work (I've requested from them multiple times) for repairing the very foundation issues they caused during the construction of our new home resulting in water penetrating into the house. Delaray is blaming the builder for providing incorrect specs and the builder is blaming Ray - what contractor will pour a foundation with incorrect specs? If they had any integrity whatsoever they would've alerted the home owner and walked away from the job! But no, Delaray said, "I did the foundation as directed by the builder which was wrong". My god, you're no better than the builder and now acting like you're helping me out? Give me break. Warning to anyone consi
