I highly recommend Midway for septic services. We had a harsh winter freeze and caused a problem with my septic tank. They said never saw septic tank freeze before. They came today to pump it out. I was recommended to this company for my septic system issue and they responded to my call pretty quickly! When they came out to fix my issue, they called me to let me know what was going on (I was at work). Unlike other companies I had out to diagnose and give me quotes, Midway gave me a more detailed description of exactly what and why my system was having issues. All of the companies I contacted were aware that my neighborhood is switching to sewer soon, so a pricey fix was not in the budget. Every company EXCEPT midway told me what needed to be done and a quote. Midway not only told me exactly what was happening, they also told me what needed to be done to fix it, as well as how I could safely continue to use my septic system until we switched to sewer if needed.
