Delaware Heating and Air

We went thru this company bc our home warranty was through them for our heater which was making funny noises and blowing cold air. Made an appt. They came out told me the inducer was bad and needed to be replaced. When he was finished he informed me that their inducer they brought to install was under amping and they would have to be back out to install and new one bc it was faulty. He also fixed the gas valve. Informed me it was 150$. My husband got a call about an appt on Friday today Halloween. When I called their office wed the woman who answered was very rude and snappy. Lacks customer service and dismissed my concerns. Even Kelly the manager was a rude and try to make me feel like she was doing me a favor by allowing a military discount. They charged me twice ($500) for installing Google thermostat which keeps failing even after 6 months and two visits. Their technicians and management is more interested in saying the equipment was not brought through them and not willing to stand by their service performed twice.

These guys are great! I have nothing but a great experience. We had a complete 5 ton hvac system installed. The installation was not easy, unit was installed in the attic. The install crew (Drew, Dave, and Adrian) were extremely professional, and respectful. Didn’t matter that they were working in over 100 degrees, never a complaint or a bad word. They answered every question we had. Their work was impecable. And the company’s pricing was excellent Literally blew everybody else away. I would highly recommend.

Bought a new ac system 3 years ago been going out every year since...Planned obsolescence much?

Servicing was prompt, efficient and convenient for our heating and cooling unit. Service providers were extremely nice and professional installing our water heater and tidy in their cleanup. DHAC is a great company to work with and certainly responsive to their clients’ need.
