Delden Manufacturing Company Inc

We’ve been using Delden for a few months as a new company. That said, I have been a carpenter for 26 years and have dealt directly with supplier for most of that time. I can count on one hand the number of supplier I would consider too big and too comfortable to care. Delden has cost us more money than their doors have made us. $1600 on the last trip to receive a patronizing $200 credit. We’ve been overcharged. Orders are handled in an incompetent way. We messed up our first few orders with Delden and owned it. It was our fault. They gave us fill out sheets and checklists to use. Didn’t help. Every order has had an issue. Only 3 more doors we sold from Delden and then we are free and clear to move on.

My wife called Delden manufacturing Monday, April 17 of 2023 and set up and appointment with Brad for Friday April, 21st & Brad reached out to me and I gave him more info about the door and the garage opener. Friday April 21st is here so at 10:30 I call them to find out when they will be here and they said that’s probably not going to happen that they would call the service person to see if he would be able to make it today and if he wasn’t that they would call me back. 10 minutes later I got a callback from the guy that basically said too bad. So sorry but your garage door and garage door opener isn’t getting fixed today. We have had Delden come out two different times and both times we have been treated fairly, ethically, and great work has been done. We can't say enough good things about the work and the work. Believe his name is Leroy.

I was looking to repair 2 lower sections of wooden garage doors for a friend. He didn't want to have to replace both doors due to cost. Well, it turned out his style of doors had been discontinued. I had heard good things about Delden, so I gave them a call. Explaining my needs over the phone, they said they probably had what I was looking for. They let me come and make sure they were the doors I was looking for, and they were. I would like to thank the whole staff for their kindness and help. Job well done 👍.

After trying 4 different seals, I called and talked to Madison. She told me the seal had changed since our door was installed. I was skeptical but she was right! Thank you SO much Madison for all your patience. The seal we purchased didn't even take 5 minutes to install.
