Dell Outdoor and the Pool Team have done an outstanding job with our pool installation. Their communication was exceptional — honest, reliable, and transparent throughout the entire process. From start to finish, the project was seamless, and the end result is absolutely gorgeous. We have extremely high standards, and the team truly delivered. We continue to use Dell for our landscaping needs, as well as for opening and closing the pool. On the rare occasion that an issue arises, they are incredibly responsive and quick to resolve it. I had an exceptional experience with Dell Outdoor in addressing a severe flooding issue in my backyard. From the outset, Dell's team conducted a comprehensive evaluation, including elevation measurements and consultations with town engineers, to ensure they fully understood the scope of the problem. Dell Outdoor is truly the best in the business. They transformed our yard from a 20x20 paver patio, with nothing else, into our dream backyard paradise. Our project consisted of an inground pool, additional drainage, expansive patio, sprinklers, fencing, and landscaping the entire property. The reason I chose Dell, was there capability to handle everything direct, and not have to sub anything out. No exaggeration, every single crew impressed our family. The Dell Outdoors and Pools Team did an excellent job in my backyard with a large stone patio area, stone flower boxes, and pool coping updates. The field team worked hard everyday and did everything the right way with detail. The pool tile replacement was not easy but done with precision on all cuts and layouts.
