Now a part of Service Today, they were unable to help me because I was not an existing customer and they are not accepting new customers in the refrigeration trade. This yet another example of the shortage of people that now exists in all the building trades. The perception that college is a prerequisite for success ignores the fact that the building trades offer the opportunity for a very satisfying carrier as well as a six figure income with no college loans to repay.

The technician was "EARLY" for the appointment (needed stove and ice maker looked at)... We were very surprised and HAPPY! Howard was professional, very polite, friendly & honest! (We had already had a neighbor look at it - but wanted a professional opinion.) He told us the problem and offered solutions that included his company doing the work but also ones that we could find others to do at a cheaper price. We were VERY happy with the service and the cost of the estimate (NOT once did the employee we spoke to to set up the appointment EVER say it would be free...) We would contact this company again for help with our appliances if we ever needed help again. 5 stars! :O)
