Mohammad arrived on time, courteous, professional and was able to figure out right away what was wrong with my dryer. He was able to get the part and fix my dryer door and it is working beautifully! I decided that I will give him other Appliances that needed to be fixed while he was here at my house. I asked to also fix my dishwasher, in which he was able to fix that as well for a reasonable price. I am so glad I did not replace my dishwasher. worst experience ever. I booked an appointment for a tech to come out and check my fridge. He came looked at the error code & said it was the freezer fan motor. claimed he had to order the part & I had to pay $200 up front then $165 after he put the part on. waited over a week for the part to come in, then I finally get a call that the part came in & I still had to wait because the technician was in vacation. I waited til he came back he came to install the part I paid him the money he left without even checking the refrigerator. I gave it a whole day to just see if it needed to reset. & nothing so I call back now they say I have to wait til after the weekend because the technician is off on weekends. I guess they only have one employee. so I wait til today which is when they said he’d com
