The kindest souls ever. Jeff and Ellen walked me through the entire process of fire proofing my materials, which was a whole new world to me, and made me feel informed and taken care of the whole way through. Fair pricing, great customer service, and clear expertise. Ellen is a pro!

Their fire-proofing spray ruined our trade show signs, and then their customer support blamed us for the situation and pointed to a clause in the contract that says they're not responsible. Terrible product, but even worse customer service. Don't waste your time, energy, or money.

Past experiences have been great but recently tried to get a hold of them and cannot get through via phone, the automated voicemail system is "full" and there are no other contact methods. Out of business?

The employees were all so nice, helpful and knowledgeable I didn't have any problems from beginning to end. I will use them again in the future.
