Chris was amazing, can’t say enough good things about him. He spent A LOT of time over a period of months working up samples and ideas for a relatively small residential job and then spent even more time educating me step by step to ensure the application of the epoxy went off without a hitch. If you need epoxy, Delta is the only place to go.

So, I had high hopes in finding my client a product that would work in that situation. Which at first seemed great. I spoke to Chris and had told him my entire situation and the dilemma I had mentioned was the product was going over tile. He said no problem at first, said I’d send a free sample of epoxy and what not. The product specified was pc159 and said it would have no issue which I was combatting high temperatures. Seen a video and everything. Now to the installation part, I diamond ground and cleaned the tile to prepare for the pc159. I was given no specifics of installing. Just to put it on thick. Well, I did. Let it cure for 48/hrs and after 4 days my client sends a photo of it burned right through. I contact Chris immediately to find out what happened. He said installation error
