Avoid Deluxe Waterproofing & Caulking at all costs. This company is the definition of unprofessional, unreliable, and flat-out rude. I scheduled an appointment with them, they confirmed it. I rearranged my husband’s very busy day so he could meet them, and they didn’t even bother to show up. Not only that they called to confirm the appointment beforehand and then just ghosted us. No call, no text, no explanation. When I called the next day, a woman answered and said someone would call me right back. Of course, no one did. I had to call again, and she told me “Greg will call you.” Greg finally did call but instead of apologizing or explaining, he just casually asked if I was available that day, as if nothing had happened.
