Willy's overland lofts developer that is late with everything, now going by Northwest Development, 9 months late with my unit and some buyers waited 3 years. Also be careful with what they sell you and what it appraises for. Mine was sold (purchase agreement) as 2 bed 2 bath, but they didn't block or brace the "flex room" as I requested and then about a month before closing i find the error. So the appraisal came back as a 1 bedroom 2 bath, thus shortening the appraisal causing me to bring 20k to closing rather than taking 20k out, 40k swing everyone should know about...
