Demetri and his crew expanded and converted our lanai into a new Florida room with almost 500 square feet, full glass windows overlooking our pond and a beautiful electric fireplace. It was a very complicated project that took almost 5 months and involved removing and extending part of the existing house roof, removing original support posts for the header beams, and connecting everything to the living room and breakfast nook as seamlessly as possible. Their work was amazing and better than anything any contractor had done for us in all our previous homes. Demetri and Alexa were extremely supportive, and we could join in the design and engineering details to get exactly what we wanted.
