Maurice is a true professional. He communicates and responds. He does exactly what he says he’s going to do. His team blew my mind: they were efficient, friendly, respectful and did an excellent job cleaning up after. They also finished in a few hours. I thought it would take days. They were able to accommodate my last minute changes too. He even made a solid recommendation for a new contractor after I lost mine due to cabinet delays. I cannot possibly recommend him more. It was a pleasure working with such a professional!

I hired Demolition Man to knock down my ex wife's house while she was out of town. In under an hour, with just one backhoe and 5 sticks of dynamite, he had her split level turned into a twisted heap of debris. The pile was gone by the end of the day. I put up a hot dog stand in its place. When she came home, she had the surprise of her life. Sol's Weiners (We only serve Hebrew National) was in the spot of her new little love nest . Maurice and his crew really took care of us with our project. It was not a big job, but they did it on schedule, under budget and with the quality we were hoping for. The most impressive part of working with Demolition Man LLC was that they actually came in under budget and were honest about that! I now consider Maurice a trusted contractor and good guy. The other 5-star reviews are spot on! Maurice runs a 5-star operation. He communicates well and keeps to his word, regardless of the challenges he and his team may face. My project was especially challenging as it was at the bottom of a steep hill on a creek bed. The home needed to be demolished by hand and all the debris carried up to the top of the hill. The Demolition Man team jumped right in and did an awesome job. If you're looking to deal with a true professional and a man of his word, Maurice is the right man for the job.

Demolition Man made a bad situation better ! A building we own collapsed in the back and we didn't know what to do or where to start. Hiring Maurice was the best thing we could have done. He handled all issues with the city and was always available to answer my questions. My experience from beginning to end was excellent....hire Demolition Man!!
