Den Defenders Chimney & Fireplace Service

My service provider was Awny! He is super professional and respectful. He made sure to educate me on fireplace cleaning and the hazards of not getting it maintenanced. I never realized how important it was until yesterday. I would highly recommend him and den defenders to anyone.

Anthony was out consultant and he was amazing. He texted us before he arrived, which was important so we could get our dog out of the house. He worked quickly and was very through in his inspection. He made absolutely no mess, and thoroughly explained his findings. Great over all experience.

Definitely recommend! The communication when scheduling the service was very clear and smooth. Our technician, Joseph, arrived promptly after receiving text message of time of arrival. He explained everything clearly and provides the service professionally. This was a very good service call, and I am very appreciate of Den Defenders and Joseph coming out to take care of the needs. Amazing service by Anthony! Appointment was easy to make within times that worked and got the call to notify arrival time before getting to the house. Appreciate the full transparency on what is needed now versus can be done later - since we just bought the house and trying to settle in first. Highly recommend for any chimney cleaning, inspection or work!

As a realtor this company is incredibly difficult to schedule with. They make it unnecessarily hard, with delays and then they don’t have the appointments they originally offered by the time you get back to them to confirm, they don’t hold them for more than one hour .. Not even time enough to confirm with clients that a date and time works. Their arrival windows are four hours. Used to use them often and though their pricing has improved, the service is worse. I recommend using another company like I will do for my clients moving forward.
