I called Denali Appliance Services recently and was very impressed with the technician/owner, Daren Judd. He was prompt and arrived within the early hours of the time frame I was given. Daren is a true professional and explained the reason that my gas dryer was no longer drying clothes as it should. My dryer is old, but "a work horse" according to Mr. Judd. He told me that the part the dryer needs is no longer available. He showed me how to get the dryer to work like it used to by using a different control panel setting. I highly recommend his company.

Wow. Talk about a wonderful experience. When I called Denali Appliance, I was greeted wonderfully and had a great conversation with the lady- I think her name is Michelle but I can't remember tbh. They worked with my schedule and fit me in as soon as possible. Darren had originally come to look @ my washing machine but, as he was letting it run its cycle, listening to it for problems, we went and looked at the dishwasher which I knew had problems but wasn't as important to me. In the end, he fixed everything thoroughly, explained them throughout the process, and was just pleasant to be around all the while. I would recommend these guys 12/10.

We’ve used Denali Repair for years. Michelle and Daren have set the bar so high o can’t imagine using anyone else. Daren knows his stuff! He is excellent, quick and fair. He always takes the time to teach me new stuff and give me all the options. I give my highest recommendation to Denali Repair!

Fantastic Experience. Fixed issues with a washer and a dryer, were communicative and fair and did a good job explaining the work needed in terms I could understand. They billed by the quarter hour and all charges were clear and explainable. As a property manager I've dealt with several appliance repair shops and have had some nightmare call-outs where we were unexpectedly charged for repairs that cost more than the the appliances were worth. I'd say this is one of the best experiences I've had. I highly recommend them.
