When we built our house many years ago, Denbigh installed French drains. They never had the right pitch and when it rained, there would be standing weather which eventually seeped into the basement damaging the walls . My husband called multiple times to have them redone and was fully prepared to pay for the repair because it was our fault not to have it fixed years ago when we realized the drains we done incorrectly. Nelson returned the call once and concurred there was not enough slope and we never heard from him again despite calling many more times. If he didn’t want to do the job, he should have told us up front. Also, returning calls is just a common courtesy.
