Jon Denney knows construction...period. My house is well constructed but it is severely dated. I needed the help and expertise installing a very heavy 8ft by 4ft front door. As seen in the before and after pictures, Jon and his team are exceptional; bringing his artistic eye as well as his knowledge to my project. In a word, awesome. His team took this project and ran with it, taking the time to do it correctly. He even texted me photos of specialty fabrication required for the door arch. Jon, thank you for taking this on. I could not be happier!

Eleven windows and two doors replaced, new storm door, bathroom remodel and more. My home is transformed. Personnel were professional and respectful. I highly recommend Denney Construction. I've already lined them up for another project to start in January.

My home had a sunken living room which was becoming a safety hazard as I begin to age. When I asked Jon Denney if it was possible to make that floor even with the rest of the house, he had no hesitation. The crew of workers took out the carpet and built up the floor. The finished flooring is level and beautiful and no longer a hazard for me, my mom, or my friends. The workers were competent, professional, and also friendly.
