They took over $1200 for a pre-paid order of coal, then gave nothing but excuses when I asked for delivery. Then they stopped answering the phone all together till I finally decided to drive down they to see what was going on. I get there only to find the place cleared out and closed for business!!! Not only did they rob us, but I have no idea how I'm going to heat our home this winter.
We just had our Key Stoker 90 installed this week and we love it. Dennis coal stoves were easy to deal with delivered as promised and set up and followed through on instructions in a timely manner. We highly recommend Dennis Coal Stoves. Thank you the Shanes
