Woodford Barn Repair

This is probably the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Here's the timeline that I went through: July 22- August 19th - The time it took to finally get a call back to set up an appointment for an estimate. August 27th - Deposit paid/ took a week to get my job date - Dec 15, 20-2025 December 8th - message left on the office line to reconfirm Dec 15th start date - no return call December 9th - email sent as follow up to unanswered call December 10th - reached the owner who said his Admin would call me the following day - never received a call. December 12th - Still no call from Cassie, the admin person. December 14th - I flew back from my vacation just in case their workers would turn up on Dec 15th. Several months ago I had a noticeable lean on the left side of my barn, causing concern on a barn build in the mid 19th century. Team Woodford came out, identified a couple weak spots causing the failure, sent the estimate, and set a date. Unfortunately the date Josh and crew came out was one of the coldest days in January, but they cabled, dug through the frost line so to replace the rotted 6x6s, jacked up, and upon release - voila a straightened barn. Did a great job on cleanup, kept me in the loop throughout the process, another great job from the Woodford Barn team!! Thank you!!

Our post & beam, 3 story Bank Barn in upstate NY is at least a hundred yrs old. The roof line appeared to be holding up well enough but at ground level it was seriously failing from deteriorating stone masonry and rotted wood timbers. We are glad we found Woodford. From Jeff who did the initial survey & estimate to the stabilization crew of Bill, Meydi and 2 others, we were treated with courtesy and professionalism. The whole team took care of all our concerns and we worked together closely on a daily basis. Their costs were in line with our own estimates and they met their timelines for completion. The team over at Woodford Barn Repair just finished a job on our barn this past week. Couldn't be happier with quality of work and professionalism. Even when there was a snag, we thought we'd be able to wire money but they needed a check. They patiently waited 2 days after the job was complete to get the check into their hands without issue. Would definitely contact again for future work.
