We have used Dent Plumbing for years and have always been extremely pleased with their work. They put in our gas heater years ago, fixed a leaking shower, replaced outdoor faucets, etc. We must have used every plumber in their business and they were all knowledgeable. The latest was also fabulous, a young woman named Chloe who said she's been a plumber for 14 years. Thumbs up to the office staff, Pam and others, who always send someone out right away and are very personable.

I called Dent Plumbing to replace a faulty shower faucet set. I needed it fixed quickly because I had company from out of town coming to stay with us for the weekend. I called on Thursday afternoon and they showed up around 10:00am on Friday. Chloe and Cooter (Eric) were pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. They had my shower fixed and even cleaned up after the repairs were done. I asked them how they liked working for Dent Plumbing, they had nothing but good thing to say. They are an asset to your company that is hard to find these days. We will definitely call Dent the next time we need repairs.

Called Dent to make an appointment to install a new toilet. The Customer Service Rep was easy to work with and to schedule an appointment date for the service and answer questions. Dent called the day before to confirm the arrival time. Technicians Chloe and Brandon arrived on time and did a professional and attention to detail installation, Both were very nice and respective to myself. A great job was done. It was good to hear that Chloe was a graduate of the Columbia-Montour Area Vocational Technical School. And Brandon, had many years of plumbing and construction experience. Job expectations met.

Our plumber sent out by sent to fix a leaky basement pipe and replace a water expansion tank seemed knowledgeable and friendly. He seemed to know exactly what needed done but was a man of few words and didn't explain things extremely well. What matters though is that he was well trained and remedied my issues! They were able to come two business days after I called and bonus is they take cash check or credit!
