I had this company come out and quote resealing my company's front parking lot in March. They had the best price around so I agreed to their proposal, and then they went radio silent for an entire month. After reaching back out to them, I was told it would be another week before they knew when our project would be able to get started. Three weeks later, I get an email asking for an additional $250.00. I refused the additional charges and again asked when we could expect our project be completed. 9 days later I get an email that the company is closed for the holiday, and they wouldn't be back in the office until the next Thursday. In the same email they then tell me that their sealcoating machine is now down. 12 days later I get an email stating that their machine is not fixable and they wo
