We recently worked with Paul from Dependable Electric, and I honestly wish every tradesperson operated the way he does. He showed up right on time, was incredibly friendly, and immediately got to work diagnosing a tricky electrical issue that had been blowing a fuse in our basement. What really impressed me was how thoughtful and experienced he is. He didn’t just do the basic checks. He walked me through what he was seeing, explained the “why” behind each step, and came up with a clever way to reconfigure things at the breaker so we could isolate whether the issue was the circuit itself or something downstream. Absolutely phenomenal. We wanted an outlet installed behind our wall-mounted TV to hide the cord, and after struggling to get someone to commit to come out we reached out to Dependable Electric. Paul answered my first call while on another job and promised to get back to me later that day, which he did! Not only that, he was able to come out the following day(!) and get the job done, in about half the time he originally estimated, saving us a lot of money and time. Another great experience with Dependable Electric today. Paul came out to install a few things for us. He also provided a suggestion to save me some money and make future maintenance simpler. Not many people would have done that. Appreciate his knowledge and hard work. I’d use Dependable Electric again for any of my electrical needs and would highly recommend them to anyone else.
