I had Steve come to my house in a dire plumbing emergency. I opened the cabinet below my kitchen sink and found a pool of water. I was so worried that my brand new floor was going to be ruined. I called Dependable Plumbing immediately, as my good friend had recommended them because she also had a great experience. They came to my house very promptly, within the hour, and were able to fix the broken pipe. They charged me a very reasonable price and I was so appreciative. I was really in a bind and I could have easily been taken advantage of. I will be a forever customer!

John and his team came out to fix some major issues I was having. First off, they were really accessible and very friendly. They checked out the issues and gave me a fair and reasonable quote. Even though a few unexpected issues came up, he handled them with no problems. They fixed my main line shutoff which was completely rusted and non-functioning, they also fixed my hose, 2 sinks, and installed a new toilet. They encountered a number of issues along the way but took care of them all. I am happy with the work. I would highly recommend you checking them out for all of your plumbing needs!

Called Thursday night after hours to get the answering service. Within 2 minutes I received a call from Steve and was scheduled for the first call in the morning for a clogged toilet line. I received a courtesy call at 8am to advise that the tech was on the way. He arrived within 15 minutes, completed the job, was courteous enough to wrap up the snake so that it didn't drip through the house. A simple job, done right and done quickly.
