So thankful to have found this company! This is the place you need to call for your well service needs. We lost water and pressure from our well pump and called Depew. Dustin and another coworker came out within an hour and checked everything they could to eventually determine our problem, which was that the water line underground had a leak. They gave us our options and came out quickly the very next day knowing we had no running water. They were able to sleeve a new line and get our water running and even stayed until 9:30 at night to ensure it was all hooked up before they left. Dustin and his coworker were very hardworking and knowledgeable. They got the job done honestly and correctly. We are beyond appreciative for their work!!

Our well stopped working the day before a snow storm. Depew came out and had it fixed the same day as to not leave us without water. Not only did they provide great customer service, they went above and beyond to get our insurance to pay for it! I am so grateful for this amazing company. Thank you!

My water system was down. Depew had contractors out to my house within 2 hours of my phone call! They figured out the problem quickly, and resolved the issue. I learned more about my system from them. AND reasonable price. I highly recommend!

I don’t think I’ve ever had a better home service experience as I did with Depew! We were unlucky enough for our pump to fail on Thanksgiving this year. I called them early on Friday morning fully expecting to have to wait and schedule an appt for the following week since it was a holiday weekend. Not only did they pick up right away, they had someone out in just over an hour from when I called. When he confirmed it was a pump issue, I expected that I would have to schedule another time for them to come back out (as every other house service I’ve had recently). He said no that they would fix it that day. It was terribly cold, windy and snowy out and despite all of that, they braved the weather and got our well fixed that same day! I’m so grateful for them and cannot recommend this company

We purchased a home two years ago with a well originally drilled and installed by Depew. We have had one self-inflicted issue by accidentally disconnecting the well pump control switch and another issue where the nearly 30-year old well pump finally went out. Both times we were completely without water and Depew answered our call on the first ring and had guys out within a few hours to fix the issues quickly. We had a new well pump installed today and they were able to complete the full process in about three and a half hours. Excellent customer service and nice guys that have performed the work. I HIGHLY recommend Depew for any well water needs!
