Depot Connect International (Quala)

I called many days in advance to inquire if they have pintle hitches on their yard dogs. They informed me that they do not, but said I can pull the trailer into their bay with my own truck, and wait for it to be ready. I asked about making an appointment, but was told it is first come first served, and drivers waiting get priority over dropped trailers. I arrived 30 minutes before they opened, did paperwork, then waited. They finished 2 trailers in each of 2 bays, then pulled in 2 more trailers (6 total now), at which point I asked why dropped trailers are taking priority when I'm waiting. I was told they're having a computer issue and can't look up my company info, and don't know when it will be resolved. I had another appointment to get to, so I had to leave and drive 120 miles back h

You gotta get to know these guys. They really aren't a bad bunch of dudes. Washing these trailers all day would make anyone a bit irritable. I use them a lot and I leave with a clean trailer so that's all I need. In the trucking industry you deal with a lot of unhappy and usually mean people. No other industry has that many unhappy people I don't think . Anyway, shout out to Caleb, he is always friendly and helpful. As for the other guys, they may not be the friendliest but they do their job and they do it everyday, all day. So thanks guys. You are appreciated.

The employees at this facility are just flat out rude to drivers. There is no reason for customer service like this and from reading the reviews Quala Corp doesn’t really care. I have been to this location on numerous times because I work for a Major Tank Carrier. If I have to get routed thru here i just shake my head. I dropped my trailer after hours and knowing they opened at 8 at 8:20 I went inside to check in. The 2 men were sitting there one on a computer and one on his phone. When I inquired about a “possible” ETA I was told “We don’t give times because we don’t promise anything we have a lot of work to do” My thought was well then put your phone down get a trailer in the bay and get to work. They pulled the first trailer in a bay at 8:58. I wonder if management knows they are workin

Do not come here! I called ahead for a trailer wash out. They said come on in. I get there and there r 4 guys sitting doing nothing. I said I called about 45 mins ago about a trailer wash out. They looked at me like I was crazy, shrugged their shoulders and went back to watching tv..playing on their phones.... closing eyes going back to sleep and just sitting there. They were all dry as a bone.... no water on their boots or coveralls, so I could tell they had been sitting around for a while. Finally a guy says fill this form out...a form that was hanging on the wall on a clipboard. Then the skinny white guy gets up and goes to the computer and brings me 3 more papers to fill out. I said I need this all for a wash out? He said yes. I asked about payment. Another guy says we only take credit

Real hours as of 12/21/23 are 8am to 4:30pm. The guys here seem to make up their hours to whatever they want them to be since there seems to be next to no oversight on this location. Got here at 5:30pm to get washed and they where closed up and made me late for my load, When they came in I asked what the hours are and they said 8am to 4:30pm " we not trying to work long hours" wish I could just tell my job what hours I don't wanna work.
