Depot Connect International (Quala)

I was here to get a trailer washout. They only get 4 stars because of the price is $145 just to washout. But my man Mr. Jones is a really cool dude. Not only they got me done quick. Mr. Jones even helped me out to get my next pickup which was 15 minutes around the corner at a cold storage. Its kind of a pain to get to because one of their roads is shut down. According to Mr. Jones its been down for 2 years classic road construction. I highly recommend that you come from i-185 to make the trip somewhat easier. Also they don’t take checks only major credit cards so keep that in mind. But overall I enjoyed my experience despite the high fee.

2nd time here this week! 1st one was amazing fast and specific! Turns out we did a wash that was more than expected by the customer I was picking up from! While at customer, it was bad when sampled , ended up 4 more samples all bad - but I had a strong defense as my trailer was cleaned more than required!!! Thank you for this!! Here today, 2nd visit - slept on the lot - woke up early, and the manager was in the lot making rounds and asked what I had - I shared my story with him - he was greatful- said thanks! Actually, set me up asap in a bay - I was gonna brew coffee but didn't want to idle - so I asked if it'd be ok to do so inside - he already had it made!! Inside the office there are numerous awards safety excellent awards!!! These are hard to maintain for most - 10 out here and even

Great service, great customer service, clean shower. And tell Tony my 49ers beat the Cowgirls... lol. I highly recommend these guys, Pete did and excellent job on the washout. I dont think I got the managers name, but he made extra sure the shower was cleans. Thanks and I will return to this location. And to the manager the BBQ was excellent thanks for the recommendations

Manager is a very good person. Good job quick service. Very short hours, you get there they will get you washed.

Anthony was outstanding. Manager was very attentive. Clean shower and clean drivers lounge. Nice large screen tv. The office and warehouse was well maintained. These guys know what their doing. Many thanks. Robbie d woods driver.
