Excellent experience with Dennis who came to service our Lennox HVAC system. Called for diagnostic and repair for one issue and Abel came within 30 min. Quickly took care of the issue (previous owner had incorrectly programmed thermostat). No additional charge above service charge and filter replacement. Extremely satisfied with everything.

Emmanuel called to let me know when he would arrive, he was right on time! Emmanuel was very friendly and professional. He explained what he thought the problem was/is, made a temporary repair while we wait for the part, and advised he should be back next week with the new part. I called DeSantis AC & Appliance because our gas oven was heating hotter than the set temperature (i.e.when we set it at 350 degrees the oven was actually heating at 375 or higher). I concluded based on internet searches that I needed to replace the oven’s thermostat. However, the technician from DeSantis, Emmanuel, carefully analyzed the problem and was able to reset and recalibrate the oven’s existing thermostat.
