Kyle and his crew did an amazing job using a steamer to create channels in the ice, and the cost was very reasonable. Best investment! Who knew it would be so hard to find a roofer who uses a steamer to remove ice dams? Kyle takes pride in doing the right thing; he and his crew are true professionals.

Kyle and his crew did a great job today clearing my roof of alot of snow. They were courteous and respectful of my property. They did a nice job cleaning my steps and deck after dropping the snow from the roof. The guys even cleared a path for the oil man! Communication with Kyle was excellent. Kyle, Brandon and the entire team at Desautels Roofing were outstanding. From start to finish their communication about what needed to be done was spot on. We were experiencing leaks, so Kyle scheduled us quickly to replace our roof. They arrived early and finished the job that day, even after finding some rotted wood which they replaced. WOW. These guys were amazing. I saw their name brought up on a FB post and called on a whim because I had ice dams forming. Kyle picked up and got me on the schedule right away. They came out within a few hours, cleared the roof perfectly, and even made some pathways on my deck and yard to make life easy. Super affordable, great service, very responsive ... they're amazing!
