Frank E. Clynes, Inc. Sealcoating, Crack Filling, Paving

We recently needed to get our driveway resealed and got quotes from a few different businesses in the area. In the end, we decided to go with Frank E. Clynes, Inc due to pricing and the fact that they have an A+ rating with the BBB and boy am I glad I did. The photos below show my (large) driveway about 5 minutes after the guys had left and it looked amazing! Unfortunately, a short time later a storm cell developed in our area unexpectedly and we had a downpour for about 15-20 minutes. Before it even stopped raining, Cheryl showed up to assess and as we both stood in my yard watching a river of brown that was my recently resealed driveway float away her first comment was "We'll make this right". We just used Frank Clynes on 8/16/2019 to do our pretty large driveway. They came to do an estimate, within a day of us calling, which they left in the mailbox. Within 1 week of choosing them, they came and did a wonderful job. Their estimate was slightly higher than another company but well worth the 80$ for all of their years of experience.

Our company, Liberty Properties, has attempted numerous times over the past few months to have our parking lot redone. We cannot get anyone to call us back. Yes, someone did come out 2 months ago to look at the job. But never called back with the quote. We have called and called and called. This is not a small job. Don't bother with this company. Terrible customer service.
