Robert from Desert Hero’s HVAC was great! Our A/C went out on a Sunday morning and Robert was able to come out immediately. He had our unit fixed within an hour and was very helpful when explaining what had happened! Desert Hero’s will be our go-to HVAC company moving forward!

Robert is extremely competent, reliable and professional. No upselling and always communicating. We bought 2 units from him at a good price (we had other quotes) and he still ensures the units are still operating to spec with no charge per his original quote at install.

I can't share enough how incredible, efficient, professional, or amazing how Robert and Desert Heroes have remedied my problem. Had a booster fan issue that i could not find a soul to fix it. enough offers to clean my dryer vent. not what i needed. Robert figured out the exact problem and tackled it. talked to me about pricings and approaches to rectify this problem. when we decided which direction to approach, he tackled it and remedied. No more noise. Issue resolved. I'm so relieved and grateful. Can't thank them enough.

I see why this company has 5 stars. Robert and his team did their thing. My parents air ducts and laundry port have not been cleaned in over 30 years. They all look like new now. His team did a phenomenal job and they were very courteous. I will definitely reach out to him for future jobs. They do not disappoint!
