Our pool looks terrible ever since they took over. Their tech shows up smoking, talking on his phone and cussing out loud. When they leave our pool looks almost the same. We've called to complain and are told by the answering service that they will leave a message for the manager to call us back. We still haven't received a call back. Oh and they didn't even show up to clean the pool this week. We'll be looking for another business to work with I hope this is helpful so you don't waist your time and money with this company.
Owner designed me a beautiful pool- so knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!
Very bad service they have lots complaints against them on the roc web page.
