I have nothing but great things to say about these guys! Our pool turned out better than we ever expected. A few of the things I appreciated most: 1. They are great communicators. They show up when they say they are going to, and they were great about telling me what was coming next. I interrupted their work almost every day to ask questions, and they never acted like I was a nuisance even though I'm sure I was. 2. They are super accommodating. Our sprinkler guy worked directly with Dave and Jake, and they went out of their way to make sure he got what he needed. That made the rest of the project go way more smoothly for us. We made some changes after the project started, and they rolled with it like it wasn't a problem. 3. They are perfectionists. Dave, Jake, and Lance are the same 3 guys

We could not have had a better experience than what we had with Desert Pools. Dave and Jake were efficient, responsive and professional. They created a dream backyard for us and did so in less than six weeks. We received many bids for our large project. After significant research, and meeting with multiple companies, we elected to move forward with fiberglass due to the lower cost of ownership and longevity. The reason we chose Desert Pools is because they do the work themselves and do not contract out the important parts of the pool construct.
