We chose to use Revive Custom Renovations based on their promise that their 5 step process would ensure a project run smoothly and low stress levels. They promised quality over speed, effective and efficient work, a mobile app to track every step of the process. They promised to provide a project manager to communicate all along the way and make sure trades would deliver nothing but quality work. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Because of rising material cost they looked for ways to save money and deliver at the promised budget. So, they hired inexperienced trades people, installed moldy wood, bought cheap fixtures, and they never used the mobile app that was supposed to provide all documentation and keep me informed.
