Desert Rose Carpet Cleaning

We had my dad’s carpet and sofa cleaned, which had extensive pet stains and smells. The service was scheduled quickly and the gentleman that came was very professional and thorough. My expectation was not high due to the pet issues and we were simply hoping to just be able to put off new carpet for little while. After this cleaning we are not concerned with the carpet and feel we have several more years before having to worry about replacement. It is nice to be able run around the house barefooted! We have had our own carpet cleaned by a well known company and that service does not come close to the quality of service we received from Desert Rose. This company will be the only company we call in the future. My husband and I highly recommend this company.

Desert Rose answered my call for help before they opened at 8:00am. They made time for me earlier that day than was expected. They cleaned up a huge mess. After the carpet dried, I noticed a few very light stains. I reported them to the manager that night and they send a crew back the next day to make it right. The carpet looks and smells great! Thank you! Highly recommended! Will use again in the future. Update: I hired Desert Rose to clean up another mess two weeks after the first time I hired them. My call was answered (again) before business hours and Wayne was dispatched to my house to help. Another quality job! I will continue to contact this company when needed A+ service!

I would definitely recommend Desert Rose for cleaning services. I didn’t get the technicians names, but they were both informative, very kind and did an amazing job. I really enjoyed talking to them and can see a HUGE difference in my carpet. I feel like I received MORE than the price I paid, they are very reasonable, I will definitely use them again.

I did not think some of the stain could be removed but Keith done an amazing job! He took his time and done an excellent job! Will diffently use this company again.

Arrived on time and gave detailed information about the work ahead of starting. I was happily surprised at the results of the upholstery and spot carpet cleaning. It was possible to add the spot cleaning to the original plan for the trip.
