When you contact a business and the owners respond that’s always a good start for me. When they immediately respond and get an appointment scheduled, that’s even better. Nick and Tracy have earned our business for all of our landscaping and irrigation needs. I have no problem removing this post in the next few days if Tracy and her crew comes to complete the job. I never leave bad reviews because I understand how negatively it can affect a business but I have no other option since the job was never completed. The pavers and water fountain were left on my driveway for the last 2 months without any communication from Tracy. We mentioned many times to her that we only needed an open communication and the dates that she would come, but every time Tracy would set a date and time, it was almost guaranteed that she would not show up, and then she would stay several days without any kind of communication. It’s really frustrating to work with Desert Valley Irrigation. Again, we will remove this bad review if Tracy reaches out and comes to complete

We had a horrible leak in our valves, and had a river pouring out from our front yard. In the back, a pop-up had jettisoned themselves, and it was causing a problem there too. I had to shut the system down and pray that someone could come out and fix it. After getting some quotes, and asking lots of questions, I went with Desert Valley. They showed up fast, and did a very thorough job, even finding the leak in the back. They got me a great upgrade for our timer, and showed me how to set it up too! I am planning to put a raised bed veggie garden, and I’m going to be using Desert Valley for this project, and I have their card taped to my pantry door in case I have an emergency again.

Its unfortunate that we ended up having a bad experience because they were very nice but they took our deposit and couldnt do the job due to falling under hard times. They spent our deposit money and still havent given it back. We text, call and email to no avail. They responded saying they will let us know when they will be able to pay us our money back. Unbelievable. Now we are forced to file a claim against them.

Nick and Tracy went above and beyond to give us the service we needed. We are in Casa Grande (45 miles south of Phoenix). They came from Goodyear (25 miles west of Phoenix). The watering at our new build home was not working correctly. (One tree and some other plants had died.) They checked the timer box, the emitters, line placements, and all the valves. When they were finished all the lines were running properly and giving water where it's needed. The backyard was a bit of a blank canvas (in terms of landscaping). We asked for ideas, suggestions. They gave some great ideas, including pavers, curbing, low maintenance turf, tree placement, shrubs, and weed control. We're going to have them back for more help.
