We have hired Design 309 (Bob and Christina) for a number of projects at our house in Okemos, including: * Ring doorbell installation * USPS mailbox repair/installation * Carpeting removal * Painting walls and trim, caulking They are pleasant to work with, they give very fair and reasonable estimates, and they care about quality. They're also a lot more responsive than various other contractors we have communicated with in the past. Happy we found them.

A door was damaged and they came the same day. Prompt responses on the telephone and via text were appreciated. Online payment methods a plus. When more work was requested, they emailed proposal within 24 hours. For the next job, they came when they said they would, worked well with one of our contractors and kept the tenants informed. Sent video and still photo of completed projects; professional and very courteous. Will use again. Highly recommend.

Very thorough, timely, pleasant owners and painter. Worked us in before the impending cold weather. Owners stopped by multiple times to check on progress and our satisfaction. The assigned painter was such a hard worker....not sure if I ever saw him take a break! Very thorough power washing and covering windows and all surfaces not to be painted. Cleaned up after himself every evening before leaving. Will certainly call Design 309 for future projects.

Overall, this company was a really pleasant surprise. Professional and very cost effective. They took the time to not only do the estimate but also to explain what they intended to do and why. They gave us a realistic time and, after a delay due to the weather, they arrived on time and they carried out the work. They under-promised and over-delivered. Highly recommended!!!
