Design Aire Heating and Cooling

Matt May was an excellent technician! This was our first experience with an all-electric HVAC system and heat pump, and he took the time to explain everything so clearly. He got our heat working and had the house warmed up before he even left. Super nice and very knowledgeable—highly recommend!

Joe with Design Aire did a wonderful job replacing our old furnace with a newer version of the same model. He modified and updated ductwork with a filter housing and appropriate venting and gas supply line. The cost was reasonable.

We had an issue with a initial hook up of a central humidifier. the tech came out and found that a wire had been installed incorrectly and repaired it. They came out very quickly and completed the task quickly as well. Then before they left, they helped me set up the Trane app on my phone. Super job and super customer service.

Josh came and serviced our furnace and humidifiers. He did a very thorough job making sure everything was working correctly. I have had Josh as a tech a few times. I love that I get the same tech. It just makes the experience more personal. Josh was very friendly and clean. He let me know exactly what he was doing the whole time. I look forward to seeing him again in the spring. Highly recommend!

Just had another great experience with Design Aire. They help with all of our heating and a/c needs. We had to get a motor replaced, we called this morning and they had a technician here within a couple of hours. Josh came and installed the motor without any issues. He took the time to explain the part and what it does. Always a pleasure working with Design Aire and all of their team.
