We have a home warranty. I went online Thursday morning to make a claim. The company set an appt very quickly. The time wasn't going to work due to me working but they were able to fit us into the afternoon. Joshua was very friendly and did a great job fixed the issues and giving us a tune up on our furnace. Joshua was great diagnosing and fixing my furnace when it went out. Near zero temps outside and temps dropping inside quickly. He showed up quick, diagnosed, fixed and explained the problem and potential future issues with my old furnace. I will be using One Hour for my future furnace and air maintenance, and heavily recommend them.
