Lance’s design team is fantastic—they take your ideas and turn them into beautiful, detailed renderings that really help you visualize the final result. His masonry team is incredibly skilled and clearly takes pride in their craftsmanship. On top of that, his landscaping crew is top-notch, sourcing high-quality plants and bushes from one of the best nurseries around—which Lance also owns. I can’t say enough about this company! Lance was so easy to work with and he really listens to what you want to do and helped us to pick out beautiful materials for our stoop and walkway! Working with Design and Build Landscape was an absolute pleasure. My backyard renovation included demolition of a large brick patio, repair of a crumbling patio that was attached to my home, pruning of trees and installation of sod and a bluestone path. Project manager Lance came up with a design that worked with my budget and he was always reliable in his communication with me throughout this 6 day labor intensive project. What Lance’s team created exceeded my expectations in quality and beauty. The work was also done in an extremely timely manner. I would love to work with Design and Build again when I’m ready to refresh my front yard. I wish I were a better photographer , but here’s a sampling of before and after. Kudos for a job well done!

If I could give Design & Build 100 Stars, I would! From start to finish they were absolutely amazing, and I couldn’t be happier that I chose them to transform my backyard! Lance (owner) and team were always responsive and professional the entire project. From the initial design plans to the final result, I could not be happier. Lance knew the exact vision I had for my outdoor bar and it came out better than I had even imagined. They were neat, timely, and true professionals. I’m in love with the result of D&B work, and would never use anybody else! I can’t wait for them to do the next project in my home!!!!!

I completely redid my backyard and looked for a few quotes and while Lance was not the cheapest of them all, he seemed the most honest and trustworthy and his design concept was in line with my vision. I am beyond satisfied, the work began when promised and they worked quickly and neatly. Lance was very accommodating on a few tweaks without charging extra, he was always very responsive to my phone calls and many requests, simply a pleasure to deal with. I recommend him wholeheartedly!
