Finally finished with our custom bathroom renovation. Took a little longer than expected, but the results are stunning. Love the colors and the results. Exactly what I wanted. We have a new shower, new vanity top and sinks, new fixtures, lights, new flooring. We did the painting of the room. The panels for the shower, tub surround, and vanity are all custom and look great. Love the new bathroom.

I would highly recommend the design gallery. From the very beginning of the project everyone was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. I was most impressed by the attention to detail by everyone especially Chris and Phil. The project was professionally handled from the inception to completion. Great job!

So, we started our journey with Kristy and her team about a year and a half ago when her and her team assisted in completely renovating our basement that was flooded. Her and her team came in, advised us the entire way, and we couldn’t have been more impressed! Fast forward to now. We have a custom cabinet range hood surrounding in our kitchen on the main floor. The exhaust was the original and shot. She guided me on what to select, and I purchased one that we were happy with. Thinking I could take on the project, but after talking with my wife, I thought better and had Kristy’s team do the removal of old and install of new. Always a pleasure to work with Kristy and her team. Completed a couple of projects together now and they are always professional, courteous, and straightforward. She has a great understanding of the scope of each project and always manages my time and her time well.

In 2019 we wanted have our bathrooms and kitchen renovated. The Design Gallery impressed us because they could do it all- flooring, lighting, cabinets, painting, plumbing. When we left their showroom, we had selected everything, everything needed to do the entire job. What also impressed us is that Kristy seemed to anticipate our tastes. Most of her suggestions were spot on. What impressed us even more was the team who installed everything. Todd and Bryan and the others were the epitome of professional craftsmen. Their attention to detail was amazing. I have multiple examples. From checking if the clear coat on the kitchen cabinet doors affected the color match with the cabinets. It did, so they put clear coat on all the cabinets. They also did all they could to make sure our daily lives w
