But in all those years — through the good and the bad — I have never treated another business the way Design Masters treated me. I purchased rock and road base from Design Masters for one of our projects. At the time we were running two flips simultaneously, which means constant expenses — checks going out, Apple Pay, debit card transactions, vendor payments, the works. Then life hit me. We had an issue with a product from this place. When I called to ask about it; I was snowballed with “It wasn’t me…” I personally own 2 businesses and when my clients have a concern with anything related to the services I provide-I stand behind everything, we do the right thing to resolve concerns. I never sit and blame the customer and absolve myself of any responsibility. If you’re buying from this company-this is most likely what you can expect if there is an issue. We won’t continue doing business here. It’s not the product I am upset with, it’s the way this company has handled a simple problem.
